NA762TB3 would not power on, is this the power supply issue?

If the connection between NA762TB and host computer is bad, it also can be the cause.

Best way to check the connection is by connecting NA762TB to another computer with a  new Thunderbolt 2 cable.

If the issue still exist, then it might be the PSU inside NA762TB has an issue.
